You don't have kill pressure on him and you will get out-traded. Focus on farm and take favorable resets with TP. Keep wave close to your tower and keep a lane brush warded; post-6 it's common for him to R you into his jungler.

Xerath

Establish lane prio right away. If you let him push you in and harass you for free, the lane will be unplayable. Be creative with your dodging for his Q, and try to bait out his W by tethering.

Irelia

Irelia likes a long lane. If she freezes on you, it's best to call for your jungler to break freeze.

Kassadin

Kassadin is not a champion early-game. Use this to your advantage. Freeze or slow-build big waves as you please, and influence the map while he is stuck mid. If you don't create advantages early-game then he will beat you later on.

Tristana

Don't throw Q before she jumps in. If her E is on you, don't try and trade with her.

Yasuo

Everfrost goes through windwall. Keep wave close to tower unless you are resetting. You never kill each other solo unless one of you makes a mistake. TP a lot more reliable in this match up.

Ahri

Akali

Slow-build waves and give her a hard time for csing. After you crash the wave, look to influence the map while she is confined to mid with low hp and a huge wave. You have no kill pressure on her if she runs second wind and doran's shield. Eventually, you will just run out of mana.

Diana

She wins all-ins post-6, so choose your fights carefully. If you keep your health high she cannot realistically 100-0 you.

Fizz

If played correctly, you are way stronger than Fizz pre-6. If you find yourself even or behind at level 6, hp or mr is needed to survive his all-in. If you're ahead, a Zhonya's 2nd or 3rd item to block his R or E is enough. Don't give him tempo to roam to your side lanes for free.

You are stronger early levels. Get push on her, make sure you react fast with q whenever she uses W. You can also aim Q at her W pad when she jumps into you, so you are guaranteed to chill her whether or not she blinks back. Never throw Q before she uses dash.
