Rengar will always be an annoying champion for Evelynn. Any champ that can spot Evelynn quite easily like Rek'Sai are usually very annoying matchup's.
Rengar early is one of the strongest champion's in the game. His kit can completely destroy you and 1-shot you extremely fast.
Rengar is a champion you do not want to duel at all early. This matchup is completely unplayable if you are against a good Rengar.
I suggest you to either dodge or ignore him for most of the game.
Rek'Sai
Rek'Sai is a similar version of Rengar.
She is 10x more useful than Evelynn.
Rek'Sai is insanely better than Evelynn because of how strong her early duels are. If a Rek'Sai player is good and they are able to snowball, this matchup is also insanely unplayable. This is my 2nd permaban. If this get's picked into you and you have not a clue how to play against it you will need to dodge.
My recommendation to beat this is to play safe and do not fight it pre-6.
Shaco
This champion is the most annoying thing in the game for me.
Because of weak Evelynn early is Shaco is a very annoying champion to verse. The majority of the time you will be getting invaded by your red, or your krugs. I suggest you make your toplaner ward your red or krugs just incase he does want to invade.
This matchup sometimes is occasionally unplayable. So my suggestion would be to dodge or be extra safe against him.
My recommendation of how to play against him would be to ward early, and be on the map all the time.
Shaco is never that useful for his team, except the fact that he can easily solokill. You get much more of a reward out of killing people rather than he does.
Rammus
Rammus is self-explanatory because of how beefy this guy is.
If played correctly this guy is a major use to his team and can dominate teamfights with how much sustain he has.
He is impossible to kill if you dont get fed enough. He will always be one of the most annoying champions to verse if useful.
Usually he isn't picked into me a lot but when he is the games are quite hard.
My recommendation for this matchup would be to get as much objectives as you can. As kills wont be as useful into him.
This means to try and play around your teams ideas
Skarner
Skarner with the new rework is insanely good and has been my ban over Rengar for a while.
Skarner played in jungle is quite useful and will be dominating teamfights like Rammus.
Skarner is not that good early-game however. He will typically be farming till lvl. 6 and apply pressure for his team.
Usually you want to prioritize grub's anyway but you definitely want to against Skarner. He will be helping out his team the majority of the time instead of going for kills.
Dragons are also very important to get. Basically you want to make sure you are getting all the objectives you can.
Warwick
Warwick is a skill-based matchup in my opinion.
Warwick is weak early. To kill him early you will have to play with your W correctly against his E. You want to go onto him after his E cast is over with your W.
Warwick will never be that hard to play against. The only thing that is hard with him is that he has a use for his team with his R.
Briar
Briar is the same as Warwick. This is a completely skill-based matchup and is not that hard to play against.
She is quite useful for her team. Briar can deliver a lot damage with being able to have good sustain (if she builds right).
My recommendation early is to not be afraid of invading a champ like Briar early because of how weak she is early. You can easily dominate her with playing around with her W. Immediately W her and wait until she activates her W form and then charm her. (Keep a reminder that if she is good player she will hold her W back until you charm her) If she does not immediately activate her W, wait until she does and then charm her.
