Cost: 40

Twitch Camouflages and gains 10% for 10 / 11 / 12 / 13 / 14 seconds. The movement speed increases to 30% while near an enemy champion that can't see him. After exiting Camouflage, Twitch gains 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% attack speed for 5 seconds.

When an enemy champion dies while afflicted with Venom, this ability's cooldown is refreshed.

Entirely correct. The Rat is undoubtly one of the most dangerous characters in a game - and a top-notch annoyance factor, to boot. It seriously makes you TWITCH with frustration when he gets that easy kill.

'cept, you can Oracle the Rat out and he ain't gonna do anythin' about it.
