This build revolves arround insane pressure with fast wave clear and global pressure from TP + E (Hawk Eye) + R (Crystal Arrow) without loose any damage potential making you a threat at anytime of the game.

TP is so much better than heal , you got your full hp back and don't lose any minion that means more money and XP in your pocket, adds it people that thinks Ashe is an easy prey (she isn't with a good use of hawk eye) the constant jungler and mid ganks with a Collector first item you will have the money and the level to snowball most of the games.

So its a straght build all the time: Collector , Berseker and Runam. Your TP is up you use dont save it. You have to keep the lane pushed all he time. Even if you lost the lane at mid / late game the enemy team wont be able to deal with the pressure.

TP bot TP top all the time just dont try to use the TP to engage a team fight from behind beacuse you are not a tank if the enemy team see you in their escape route they will simply destroy you in a blink of an eye.
