Veigar unleashes a bolt of dark energy, dealing 80 / 120 / 160 / 200 / 240 (+50 / 55 / 60 / 65 / 70% of ability power) magic damage to the first two enemies hit. For each target killed, Veigar gains 1 stack of Phenomenal Evil. This bonus is doubled if the target killed is a large minion or large monster.

omfg with this you only need Lichbane and you can build Veigar tanky or ad, but still have the burst, this make Veigar one of the best snowballer

This skill really is an important facet of Veigar's... those little passives really make or break a Champion, huh.

A nice little Q spell that combined with last hitting allows Veigar to level up his AP fast and means the more kills he gets the stronger he gets
