hey guys! my name is skarner99 and i am here to show you why skarner is such a strong pick in the current elo. skarner is a high skill ceiling champion with a very high 1v9 potential due to his ability to deal so much damage to your opponents, making it easy to carry your dog**** teammates because lets be real they are always so bad.

my build has been scientifically and historically proven to be the best build not only on skarner, but perhaps in the entire game. professional players such as faker have praised this build as being incredibly innovative and powerful, as it took such a strong mind to come up with something like this.

the reason why i call this build challenger guaranteed is because when you learn the intrinsic nature of what it means to play skarner, it becomes very easy to carry your games as this champion is very hard to play against when you get a head start, therefore he is arguably the best snowballing and scaling champion in the game, hence the dark harvest rune page that we take to ensure maximum damage is being dealt.

now you may be wondering why i didn't list any champions as threats to skarner, and the answer is simple. he has no counters! when you reach such a high skill level on this champion, it doesnt matter who the enemy picks, as you can easily carry the game on your own. the same goes for why i didnt put any synergies for him. when you are so skilled on this very difficult champion then it reaches the point where your team doesnt even have to play the game because you are able to take on the entire enemy team all on your own no matter how fed they may be.

in terms of runes and build you must follow the ones i have provided with you in this guide no matter the circumstances. if you want to win your games then this is the requirement you must adhere to otherwise you will find great difficulty in winning your games. skarner is also a very inclusive champion hence why we do not choose only one ability to level up while the others lag behind. on skarner it is important to give equal attention to all of your abilities as all of them can provide you with great damage and utility at all stages of the game.

one thing which i have not mentioned yet is the importance of making sure you control every crystal on the map. it is imperative that from the start of the game you are invading the enemy jungle but not to take their camps, however to take their crystals in order for you to receive the substantial attack speed and movement speed buffs that are provided by the game. it does not matter the game state or which objectives your team wants to do, the most important thing as skarner is map control and the way to achieve this is by taking the crystals that are around the map and since you are skarner it doesnt matter if the entire enemy team is waiting there since you are so strong thatt you can kill them all on your own.
