Quick tip. You can take this rune on certain ADC champions with low max health stats like Caitlyn or Aphelios. Then by ignoring the Doran's Blade/ Doran's Shield and buying Cull instead in the early game, you can intentionally put yourself into a big health bar difference between you and enemy ADC. This way you can get quite a huge value out of this rune very early on.
