I think with the new passive this item is really under used for adc, even for bruisers.

I tried this on Kog'Maw in a game. 80% crit chance and 30% cooldown on top of the 4.0 attack speed allowed me to spam my abilities with out worrying about mana. It was hilarious but its best to build it as your last item.

I wish it took The Brutalizer in place of B. F. Sword, only gave 50 AD, and cost WAY less. I hate when items you want for the utility cost a ton like this, and I think it's one of the main reasons you don't see this item more.

Worth taking on some ADC's that need the mana (like Jinx and Ezreal), works exceptionally well on blue Ezreal

I find that on jinx it isnt all that effective since with her ult you are mostly picking off straggling survivors on a team fight and if you really need that buff you might be doing something wrong
Same with ezreal though his might be a bit better, however he is a more ability reliant adc and wont gain all that much from the attack speed

Even before the damage increase it was a good item, now it's even better. One of my favorite items on Warwick.
