well it does, i use flash for a few reasons: walls and gank attempts. on tt, if i've pushed a bit, then i find that there's top mia, i can run to the brush at about the same time the guy's about on top of me. then flash past and they're pissed for no fb.

i like this spell for two reasons getting away and chasing the reason its better for chasing than flash is that u can use it and catch up while having it last longer for further chase

saw this while writing guide but....didn't they change the duration from 14 to 10 last patch(Jarvan release patch)? idk how to contact admins but if admins see this please edit! :D
