Not much to be said, he can get you in a lot of tight situations and there's not much to be said after he gets level 6.
Azir
He can run away and put a wall between you two, just like the opposite gender does to me but you can assert dominance easily.
Cassiopeia
She will honestly just make you uninstall.
Camille
If you're careful of her E and Q it's mostly just won.
Cho'Gath
Just don't get eaten.
Brand
Make him miss Q and he'll have a grey screen. His threat score really shows in his poke and teamfights.
Dr. Mundo
His passive is a bit annoying, but you can play around it.
Gragas
Completely counters you, how fun! Try not fighting him especially after level 6 and just roam.
Caitlyn
Vayne but can't run away.
Fiora
Dodge parry and be careful if you stack HP mid-late game.
Gwen
Gwen wasn't immune this time, but she can sure burst you down late-game. Minor threat because you can burst her down in lane and make her disappear!
Gnar
His slow can be very annoying when you run him down and his passive won't really do much unless you get stunned.
Irelia
Depends on the Irelia but you'll be mostly fine if she misses E.
Garen
SPIN TO WIN! Doesn't have too much to do against you if you go the recommended build even if he builds antiheal, how sad! I recommend cosplaying a chihuahua.
Gangplank
Also like Irelia, depends on the player but try going after him early when he's most vulnerable.
Illaoi
If you dodge E after she rushes the funny ice gauntlet, nice job, she'll have it again, with another W slow!
Kled
Not much to say here, just be careful of his dashes when you're using E.
Kayle
Be wary of.. level 16 I guess.
Jayce
He has E, yeah, but what else can he do in terms of utility? He can squish you like a bug in mid-late game, though.
K'Sante
HE WILL NOT YIELD! He's like the wind brothers, honestly.
Kennen
He's squishy, but if you build MR and dodge a Q or two, you'll be fine even if he uses ult.
Malphite
AD Champs love him!
Mordekaiser
BRASIL ES NUMERO UNO HUE! Try using his E as an advantage an then use your E as an example and then rush Serpent's Fang.
Riven
She can stomp you early easily, but you are the winner in late-game if that does happen. Play safe if you died early and then wait for your jungler if he knows you exist.
Kai'Sa
If she goes AP, look out for her Ws in mid-late game, that's about it from her, though.
Nasus
Dodge. Good permaban option.
Jax
Extremely hard matchup, he only becomes stronger and stronger and his counter is also the ban button.
Pantheon
His main threats are his E and Q abilities, but play around them and it's pretty fun.
Olaf
Be careful of his Q in the early game and then roam after level 6, as there isn't much to do against him alone after that.
Naafiri
She can easily burst you down, take down her dogs in the early game then run her down. Duels beyond level 6, try stunning her into a wall and play smart.
Shen
Fun matchup, try using his E to your advantage and then run him down for a bit. Be careful of his high damage level 1.
Ornn
Interesting matchup, you can make use of his Q and just wait out the W.
Quinn
Stronger knock than Jayce and she can burst you down at lower levels than him while also seeming to be permanently on lane with her ult, but if she wastes one E, it's feeding time.

Same as his brother, but he can also cancel your ult with one button!
Yone
Make him avoid a Q or two, then you'll win if he's not level 6. He can also run you down as well as you do.

SSS RANK THREAT, DODGE INSTANTLY.
Singed
He's the same as Cassiopeia, but you die slowly instead. Also will proxy as a response to threats.
Smolder
Even threat because he can easily stack on you because you're a melee champion and he can slow you and run away with W E.
Nidalee
She can't do much against you at all, especially if she goes the funny grasp build, since you'll be on her all the time, not giving her a chance to do anything.
Sett
If you meet one of these that knows what they're doing, it can feel like you don't have what to do and you might be right. Tips: he can grab you out of your moves, try using W to go out of his W whenever you can and if he learns your tricks there's not much you can do, sad life!
Udyr
It's more of a half and half with this guy in late, he won't deal damage but he will have a lot of utility. You, who is an amazing run-them-down believer, can do exactly that while you're both low level without risking getting stunned under turret mid enemy jungler gank!
Briar
You're your own life-saver around these parts mostly. And if your jungler decides to come and gank you, even better!
