[Season 14] adc tier list for low elo 14.12 Patch 14.12

BUENA TIER

Good tier list i believe, but i wanna ask a question and here ur thought about it. Any idea where the new champion smoldeer will be? I am thinking about B

S+ - Jinx isnt that strong in low elo you pretty much can't create anything by yourself. I never see Jinx being strong in low elo. Rest of the champs are broken. Idk why ppl rate her that high.
S - im not sure about Samira, she is more like coinflip champ. ALSO WHY THE QUEEN IS IN THIS PISSTIER???
A - idk why Ashe is that low, same with Varus, Ziggs and Karthus. These champs have pretty long range what fits low elo playstyle pretty well. Ashe definitely isnt in this tier.
B - Draven and Kog'Maw maybe a little bit higher. If you cant handle Draven he is D tier anyway but if you can then its S tier. Kog'Maw isn't that weak in low elo. Idk why ppl rate him that low.
C - Umbral Kaisa is braindead but this tier is good.
D - Kalista is very strong, similar case to Draven.

I want to know why you rate these champs like that.

I definitely agree with this tier list. Both Aphelios and Kai'sa are very strong champs but in low elo, players don't know how to utilize their kits.
