About This Team Comp
Push for Level 6 in Stage 3-2 and roll for 4 Celestial and Darius*2 to stabilize. Run either Jayce or Graves to activate Space Pirates. From here you want to slow roll for Darius*3, but since this comp is somewhat on a Timer, you do want to finish your Darius in early Stage 4.
Once you have Darius*3 you should be stable and can push towards Level 8. In your best case scenario you find an early Gangplank and can start printing items to hopefully become unstoppable in the late game. While you are looking for Gangplank you can also try to finish Jayce*3 to help out your board.
If you don't have a strong Gangplank around Stage 5 you will struggle, because Darius falls off quite hard, since he will struggle to get good resets and the rest of your team won't be strong enough to carry the fight. Also keep in mind that Darius can be interrupted during his Dunk, which is why you need either QSS or CC Immune Augments.

Stage 2
Best case scenario is to find Darius early and run 2 Space Pirates + Celestial Setup already
Stage 3
Push for Level 6, roll for Darius*2 and 4 Celestial. Recover Economy after and slow roll for Darius*3
Stage 4
Should have Darius*3 before Stage 4 carousel. Use the economy boost from Space Pirates to rush towards Level 8/9, since you need to find Gangplank as fast as possible.
Stage 5+
Once you have 4 Space Pirates, prioritize Edge of Night on Gangplank so he always gets his cast out. Push towards Level 9 and cap out your board with more Legendaries, Thresh with Urgot on Bench is a common choice to get rid of Exodia tanks to prevent Darius getting stuck. Replace Xayah for Lulu or run 6 Celestial with Emblem.
Alternative Item Builds
You want strong damage items on Darius to make sure that he gets the rest with every cast. He can get interrupted during his Dunk, which is why you want either Quicksilver or a CC immunity Augment for him.
