Begin Charging: Galio reduces incoming magic damage by 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 / 45% (+4% per 100 ability power) (+8% per 100 bonus magic resistance) (+1% per 100 bonus health) and incoming physical damage by 12.5 / 15 / 17.5 / 20 / 22.5% (+2.5% per 100 ability power) (+6% per 100 bonus magic resistance) and slows himself by 15%.

Release: Galio taunts enemy champions for the first 2 seconds of the duration, deals between 20 / 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 (+30% of ability power) and 60 / 105 / 150 / 195 / 240 (+90% of ability power) magic damage, and refreshes the damage reduction for 2 seconds. Taunt duration, damage, and range increase with charge time.
