Crushing Maw: Hwei paints a set of jaws at a target location that drags enemies to the center dealing 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+60% of ability power) magic damage and slowing enemies caught by 40 / 47.5 / 55 / 62.5 / 70% decaying over 1.25 seconds.
